DELIVERY AND RETURNS: 

1. Shipping and Delivery

 1.1. The Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Client in the order proposal. Upon delivery, the Client’s signature (or the signature of a Client’s representative) will be required.

 1.2. OAK EYEWEAR will verify within 2 (two) working days the occurrence of any supervening disruption in the stock of the Raw Materials, despite OAK EYEWEAR’s on-going best efforts to care for availability, or of events of force majeure hindering correct completion of the order. In such a case, OAK EYEWEAR will contact the Client, which will have discretion, to agree with OAK EYEWEAR on alternative ways of executing or waiving the order. Should the Client waive the order, OAK EYEWEAR will not charge the Client any amount.

 1.3. OAK EYEWEAR shall issue a purchase receipt for each order; the invoice will be sent to the Client via e-mail. The purchase receipt is issued on the basis of the information provided by the Client when the order was made. Once a purchase receipt has been issued, it cannot be modified.

 1.4. Shipping expenses are borne by the Client, unless for local deliveries otherwise are indicated separately in the order form.

 1.5. The purchased Products will be delivered by a courier selected by OAK EYEWEAR (the “Courier”) Monday through Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays.

Every order is hand-built. Due to this, please allow up to 5 (five) days prior to shipping to build your unique creation.

Local deliveries will be made within the standard times of 1 (one) to 4 (four) business days. International deliveries will be made within the standard times of 7 (seven) to 14 (fourteen) business days. And, in any event, by no later than 30 (thirty) days as of the date of the Shipping Confirmation (except in case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, such extraordinary weather conditions, computer faults and telecommunication shutdowns, or other extraordinary circumstances out of OAK EYEWEAR’s control).

 The Client will be able to track the shipment through the link or number provided by OAK EYEWEAR in the email confirming delivery. To the extent that further information or support is needed, the Client can contact OAK EYEWEAER Customer Service.

 1.6. Upon delivery of the Products by the courier, the Client (or his/her representative) must verify that:

 First, the number of items delivered corresponds to the number of items indicated on the delivery note; and

 Second, the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any manner.

 Any damage to the packaging and/or to the Product or any discrepancies in the number of items or documentation must be immediately indicated in writing on the Courier’s delivery note.

 2. Warranty 

 2.1. All OAK EYEWEAR sunglasses are warranted against manufacturing defects for a full 12 months.

 OAK EYEWEAR does not warrant against accidents or lack of care that result in cracks, breakage or dents. Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, scratches, or any damage due to misuse are also not covered.

 3. Return and Exchanges 

 3.1.  We want you and your gift recipients to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your OAK EYEWEAR sunglasses, you may return them for only an exchange. Only one exchange is authorized per each frame purchased. The customer must notify OAK EYEWEAR of his desire to change his delivered frame within twenty-four hours of receipt.

Items exchanged must be of equal price and it will be sent out upon receipt of the returned item.

Local returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your items.

International returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items.

 3.2. Returns must be in brand new condition, with original box and original accessories.

Custom items are not eligible for returns.

 3.3. If a Product is affected by a manufacturing defect or by any other alleged lack of conformity, the Client should immediately contact OAK EYEWEAR. In such case and if the expertise procedure confirms the reported issue and determines it to be a valid claim under our quality assurance standards. OAK EYEWEAR will, of course, repair or replace it at no cost.

 3.4. Shipping and delivery fees for exchanges are borne by the Client. Unless for a manufacturer defect.
